The Vaccine Reimbursement Support Center was contacted using whichever method was most convenient for the office. Phone, fax and e-mail channels were offered.

Hours Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (EST)

Voicemail was available to record requests received outside of normal business hours. All requests, regardless of how they were communicated (phone, fax, e-mail) were acknowledged within one business day of receipt.
